Memberships and billing

The Home Workout Membership is billed at $20/month following a 7-day free trial. Prepaid plans (6 months at $110, 12 months at $205) are billed once at signup. The Boxing Program is billed at $30/month following a free trial, and Meal Prep at $25/month. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free trials and cancellation

Free trials give you full access at no charge. If you cancel from your account before your trial ends, you will not be charged. Otherwise your paid membership begins automatically at the rate shown when you signed up. You can cancel a monthly membership anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All fitness courses on BodmonZaid.com are non-refundable. Since the products made available are intangible digital content, we cannot accept requests for refunds after the courses have begun. The free trial exists so you can fully evaluate the membership before paying.

Prize draws

Cash prize draws are open to members who submit before-and-after progress photos to [email protected], including a dated sign, and grant permission for reposting on BodmonZaid social channels. Submissions that appear altered are ineligible. Prizes are awarded at BodmonZaid's discretion.

Acceptable use

Your membership is for your personal use. Sharing accounts, redistributing videos or reselling content is not permitted and may result in account termination.
