When you create an account or start a trial we collect your name, email address and payment details (processed by our checkout provider — we never store full card numbers). If you enter a prize draw, we also receive the progress photos you choose to send.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your membership, process billing, respond to support requests and — if you opt in — send emails about workouts and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Progress photos

Photos submitted for prize draws are reviewed for verification. They are never published anywhere without your explicit permission.
